CMS - Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness AnalysisGather business and system requirements from key users and end users, Communicate with users to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements.Own requirement elicitation, analysis, clarification, prioritisation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Analyse As-Is / To-Be processes and document business rules, process flows, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Facilitate workshops and coordinate with business users, developers/vendors and QA/testing teams to resolve requirement gaps and support UAT.Manage requirement changes and assess impacts on scope, timeline, dependencies and testing.Project Management SupportSupport the PM with planning, scope/change tracking, progress monitoring, stakeholder coordination and follow-up of key actions.Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and outstanding decisions; escalate material items to the PM.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Qualifications/ Memberships: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or relevant majors.Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on BA experience in software/enterprise projects.Strong requirement lifecycle, process analysis, stakeholder management and UAT/delivery support experience.Practical PM knowledge: planning, scope, risks/issues, dependencies, progress tracking and coordination.Professional English communication skills, written and verbal.Experience in Contracts Management system/ Documents Management system is a plus.Personal Requirements Belief that outstanding customer service is the key to successSelf-motivationDevelops effective working relationshipsPositive attitude and takes responsibility for their own actionsWillingness to undertake personal and professional developmentWillingness to attend corporate events outside of normal working hoursWillingness to take on board CRV Core Values.
