🚨 We’re HiringNafoud Al Athereia Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead water, wastewater, and desalination O&M projects in Saudi Arabia.Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Manager – Water, Wastewater & Desalination Projects📍 Location: Riyadh / Project Sites across Saudi Arabia🕘 Employment Type: Full-time🏗️ Sector: Operations & Maintenance, Water, Wastewater & DesalinationKey Responsibilities:• Lead and manage operations and maintenance activities for water and wastewater treatment plants, desalination plants, pumping stations, and related networks.• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.• Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of plants, equipment, and utility networks.• Monitor operational performance, maintenance schedules, breakdowns, response times, and asset reliability.• Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel.• Monitor contractual KPIs, SLAs, operational targets, and client requirements.• Review operating data and ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and applicable standards.• Supervise emergency maintenance activities and develop contingency and recovery plans.• Manage manpower, spare parts, consumables, chemicals, tools, equipment, and other project resources.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.• Monitor project budgets and control operational and maintenance costs.• Prepare periodic performance reports, maintenance plans, operational dashboards, and technical recommendations.• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.• Identify recurring operational issues and implement practical corrective and preventive actions.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants, water networks, wastewater networks, and desalination-plant components.• Proven experience in managing water, wastewater, or desalination operations and maintenance projects.• Strong technical understanding of the operating processes of desalination plants and different types of wastewater treatment plants.• Ability to prepare maintenance schedules, operational plans, technical reports, and performance-monitoring reports.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and computerized maintenance and reporting systems.• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team-management skills.• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.📩 Qualified candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, mentioning the following job title in the email subject:“Operations & Maintenance Manager – Water & Wastewater Projects”Email: jobs@alathereia.comOnly candidates with relevant experience in water, wastewater, or desalination operations and maintenance projects will be shortlisted.#Hiring #OperationsAndMaintenance #OMManager #WaterProjects #WastewaterProjects #Desalination #WaterTreatment #WastewaterTreatment #MechanicalEngineering #ElectricalEngineering #ChemicalEngineering #EngineeringJobs #RiyadhJobs #SaudiArabiaJobs #NafoudAlAthereia
