You will help deliver high-quality clinical and regulatory dashboards while transitioning existing hospital and primary-care reporting workflows into a standardised, performant Power BI environment.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• Design and develop high-quality Power BI dashboards supporting Jawda KPIs.• Produce accurate, performant and user-friendly reporting for clinical and executive stakeholders.• Migrate hospital and primary-care KPIs from legacy systems and Excel into standardised Power BI reports.• Consume Gold-layer star schemas developed by Analytics Engineers.• Develop efficient and maintainable DAX measures.• Apply strong data visualisation and UX/UI principles.• Validate reporting data using SQL.• Develop governed datasets supporting safe self-service analytics.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀• Expert-level Power BI development experience.• Strong Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service knowledge.• Advanced DAX.• Power BI Report Builder experience.• Strong understanding of star-schema design and relationship management.• Fundamental SQL skills for validation and analysis.• Proven experience migrating complex legacy reporting into Power BI.• Strong dashboard design and data visualisation capabilities.• Ability to build performant, executive-ready reporting solutions.𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲• Healthcare or clinical analytics experience.• Hospital or primary-care KPI reporting experience.• Exposure to Abu Dhabi Government / Jawda KPIs.• Experience enabling governed self-service BI.𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆?• This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major healthcare data transformation programme, delivering high-visibility reporting used by clinical and executive stakeholders.
