Electrical & Electronics Technician – Fresh GraduateDepartment: Service & MaintenanceLocation: Jeddah / Dammam, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Level: Entry LevelExperience Required: 0–1 yearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Technician to join our Service & Maintenance team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates with a Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.The role involves diagnosing, testing, repairing, and maintaining small home appliances and electrical/electronic components while following approved technical procedures, safety standards, and product maintenance manuals.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose electrical and electronic faults in small home appliances and determine the appropriate repair method.Inspect, test, dismantle, repair, and reassemble appliances safely and efficiently.Repair small home appliances such as microwaves, blenders, electric kettles, vacuum cleaners, irons, coffee machines, toasters, and similar products.Replace defective components, including motors, switches, thermostats, heating elements, PCBs, and other electrical/electronic parts.Perform operational tests after repairs to ensure products are functioning properly and meet required performance standards.Execute maintenance and repair activities within the required turnaround time and according to product specifications and service manuals.Request required spare parts from the Spare Parts Department for product repairs.Record spare parts used and document repair details in the company's system and/or service documents.Communicate with Service Advisors, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians regarding repair status, technical issues, and any work-related obstacles.Escalate complex technical issues to the Supervisor or Senior Technician when required.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and service area.Follow all company policies, technical procedures, and health and safety requirements.For home-service assignments, collect customer payments when applicable and submit the collected amounts to the Service Center within the required timeframeQualificationsDiploma or technical certificate in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.0–1 years of relevant experience.Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components and troubleshooting.Basic understanding of electrical safety and maintenance procedures.Ability to read and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance instructions.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in home appliance repair and maintenance.Preferred QualificationsPrevious Co-op training, internship, or practical training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is a plus.Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as a multimeter is a plus.Basic understanding of PCBs and electronic components.Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work in a service center and/or field-service environment.
