The role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations for pool, fountain, and waterfall safety products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflows, coordinating with procurement and inventory to secure materials, and supervising production teams on the shop floor. The position involves troubleshooting production issues, improving processes, implementing quality control checks, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment. The role also requires collaboration with design, sales, and management to align production capabilities with customer requirements and project timelines.Qualifications Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing manufacturing operations.Experience with industrial fabrication processes, preferably involving stainless steel and acrylic or similar materials.Knowledge of quality control methods, safety standards, and compliance in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lead and supervise production teams, with skills in communication, delegation, and performance monitoring.Competence in using basic production and inventory management software or ERP tools.Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process improvements and reduce waste and downtime.Relevant technical or engineering diploma or degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in production or operations within construction, pool systems, or related industries is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
