Job Responsibilities1. Maintain good relationships with local distributors, contractors and engineering consultants to promote brand specification and project endorsement; develop local small and medium-sized engineering projects and retail dealer outlets.2. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and construction site technical coordination; follow up local order delivery and daily inventory management of local warehouse stock.3. Manage daily local customer maintenance, handle after-sales service and quality warranty issues, and complete monthly customer visit and payment collection KPIs.4. Continuously collect market intelligence, including competitor dynamics, project tendering information and local building material price trends, and submit regular market reports.Job Requirements1. Local Regional Sales (Local Hire): Based locally in Iran / Iraq / Turkey / UAE, able to work full-time and develop the local regional market independently.2. Language: Proficient in business English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); fluent in the local official language (Arabic / Turkish / Farsi) is preferred with competitive salary premium.3. Experience: At least 2 years of local sales experience in building materials, coatings or construction engineering industries, familiar with local regional project operation procedures and market rules.4. Capabilities: Candidates with existing local engineering resources, dealer channels and contractor resources are highly preferred; valid driving license available for frequent field market visits; proficient in office software and Excel data statistics; able to work under pressure, familiar with local business etiquette and regional cultural customs.5.
