Senior Corporate Performance SpecialistJob Summary Responsible for overseeing the Fund’s corporate performance framework, ensuring accurate reporting, effective performance monitoring, and data‑driven recommendations that support strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation and issuance of Balanced Scorecard and institutional performance reports, providing analytical insights and executive recommendations.Monitor institutional, sustainability, and government KPIs; identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.Support quarterly and annual performance reporting aligned with strategic and operational plans.Conduct benchmarking and comparative performance analysis against leading global practices.Review and enhance KPI frameworks and performance measurement tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.Analyze the impact of risks and challenges on performance and propose mitigation actions.Supervise government performance reports and ensure compliance with approved standards and requirements.Maintain and develop institutional performance databases and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Performance Management, or a related field.7+ years of experience in corporate or institutional performance management.Strong expertise in KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, benchmarking, and performance reporting.Experience within government or semi‑government entities is an advantage.Key SkillsCorporate Performance ManagementKPI & Balanced ScorecardStrategic & Operational AlignmentData Analysis & BenchmarkingExecutive Reporting
