‏⁦ WE ARE HIRING | PURCHASING MANAGER📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Purchasing Manager to lead and optimise procurement activities across our multi-brand restaurant portfolio.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in F&B procurement, supplier management, strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, and inventory planning, with a proven ability to deliver measurable commercial results.🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES✅ Lead and oversee all purchasing and procurement activities across the company’s restaurant brands and operations.✅ Develop and implement effective strategic sourcing and procurement plans to ensure the right quality, availability, and total cost.✅ Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers while maintaining strong long-term supplier relationships.✅ Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts to secure the best value and competitive terms.✅ Monitor market conditions, commodity prices, and supplier pricing trends to identify cost-saving and sourcing opportunities.✅ Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely purchasing.✅ Monitor inventory levels and purchasing cycles to minimise waste, overstocking, shortages, and product losses.✅ Establish and monitor procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, purchasing efficiency, price variance, and service levels.✅ Ensure all procurement activities comply with the company’s policies, approval matrix, quality standards, and applicable food safety requirements.✅ Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management, highlighting spending, savings, supplier performance, market movements, and key risks.🔹 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.📊 Minimum 5 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 2–3 years in the Restaurant / F&B industry.💼 Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimisation.💡 Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.📈 Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, procurement platforms, and Microsoft Excel / data analysis tools.🗣️ Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.⭐ Experience managing procurement across multiple branches, brands, or high-volume F&B operations is highly preferred.🔹 WHAT WE OFFER💰 Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.🏠 Housing, transportation, and mobile allowances.🩺 Medical insurance.🏖️ 30 days of annual leave.📈 A professional and collaborative work environment with genuine opportunities for growth and development.🔹 HOW TO APPLY📧 Please send your updated CV to:hiring@khayratco.sa📌 Please mention “Purchasing Manager” in the email subject line.Join
