Job Summary Leads the development and implementation of the Fund’s project and performance management framework, ensuring effective execution of strategic and operational projects, robust performance monitoring, and high‑quality reporting aligned with institutional strategy and government requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the development of project and performance management frameworks, policies, tools, and methodologies in line with global best practices.Supervise the planning, execution, and performance measurement of strategic and operational projects across short, medium, and long‑term horizons.Monitor project progress against objectives, KPIs, timelines, budgets, quality, and resources, and report status to senior management.Ensure effective risk management by maintaining project risk registers, coordinating mitigation plans, and addressing challenges proactively.Oversee institutional and government performance reporting, including Balanced Scorecards, operational plans, and unified government KPIs.Lead performance analysis, benchmarking, and improvement initiatives to enhance institutional effectiveness.Supervise project budgets, contracts, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and achievement of value for money.Drive automation and continuous improvement of project and performance tracking systems, dashboards, and reports in coordination with digital teams.Build performance and project management capabilities across the Fund through workshops and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.Manage, develop, and evaluate team performance, and support talent development and training initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience in project management and institutional performance management, including leadership roles.Strong expertise in strategic planning, KPIs, governance, and government reporting frameworks.Proven experience in government or semi‑government environments is highly desirable.Key SkillsProject & Program ManagementInstitutional Performance ManagementStrategic Planning & ExecutionRisk, Budget & Quality ManagementPerformance Reporting & DashboardsLeadership & Team Development
