قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPatent Specialist & ParalegalBaianat IP Holding is looking for a qualified Saudi national to join our Intellectual Property Department in Saudi Arabia.📌 Position: Patent Specialist & Paralegal📍 Location: Saudi Arabia🏢 Department: Intellectual Property👤 Reporting to: Intellectual Property Department Manager🇸🇦 Nationality: Saudi NationalAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Saudi professional to support the management and follow-up of patent and industrial design applications, while coordinating with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) and the GCC Patent Office (GCCPO).The role will also provide legal and administrative support for trademark oppositions and appeals, ensuring all procedures are completed accurately and within the applicable statutory deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesFile patent and industrial design applications with SAIP and GCCPO.Follow up on applications after filing, including correspondence, requirements, and official actions.Coordinate with SAIP to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.Monitor formal and substantive examination procedures and coordinate the preparation of responses.Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of responses and payments.Manage annual patent fee procedures, including invoices and payment coordination.Extract and review daily SAIP reports and follow up on newly received applications.Prepare periodic reports on application status and pending actions.Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing and archiving of IP documents.Coordinate with internal legal, administrative, accounting, and examination teams.Communicate with relevant stakeholders and ensure all required documents and information are available on time.Qualifications & ExperienceSaudi National.Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Intellectual Property, preferably in patents and industrial designs.Practical experience with SAIP systems is required.Experience with GCCPO is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.High level of confidentiality and professional responsibility.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of applications filed and processed monthly.Compliance with official deadlines and payment schedules.Accuracy of applications and responses.Quality of document organization and archiving.
