This role includes setting strategic objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring that operational processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals. The manager monitors key performance indicators, supervises department heads, coordinates workflows, and resolves operational issues to maintain smooth service delivery. Daily tasks also involve reviewing reports, driving process improvements, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to shape policies, manage risks, and guide the company’s long-term growth.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in general management and operations leadership, preferably in a similar industry.Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.Proficiency in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination.Ability to analyze data, interpret operational metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.Excellent communication skills in Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage.Proven capability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and continuous process improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to safe, compliant, and ethical operations.
