Team members collaborate across disciplines to deliver coordinated care and support continuous improvement in health outcomes.Role Description This full-time, on-site role for a Family Physician is based in Mecca and involves providing comprehensive primary care to individuals and families across all age groups. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and providing preventive care such as screenings, vaccinations, and health education. The Family Physician will coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, manage urgent and follow-up visits, and maintain accurate and timely medical records. The role also includes participating in quality improvement initiatives, adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements, and contributing to community health efforts and patient outreach.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Primary Care and Family Medicine to provide comprehensive, continuous care for patients of all ages.Candidates should demonstrate solid knowledge of Medicine and Urgent Care to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.Candidates should have experience or interest in Community Health to support population health initiatives and patient education in Mecca.Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent), completion of recognized Family Medicine or General Practice residency, and a valid license to practice medicine.Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using electronic medical record systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide culturally sensitive care.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial; English proficiency is an advantage.
