The company also continues to grow its tea import and franchise portfolio, focusing on high-quality products and long-term partnerships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site فني مبيعات اصباغ (Paint Sales Technician) role based in Shuwaikh. The role involves advising customers on suitable paint types, colors, and application methods for various construction and renovation projects, ensuring accurate product selection and usage. The Paint Sales Technician supports the sales process by preparing quotations, handling orders, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely availability and delivery of paint products. Daily tasks include providing technical product information, demonstrating paint systems and accessories, and maintaining organized, well-presented product displays. The role also requires close collaboration with the sales team, contractors, and project managers to meet customer requirements and support overall sales targets.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical paint information clearly and professionally.Proven sales skills, including consultative selling and basic negotiation abilities to support pricing discussions and closing deals.Experience in training or guiding customers and colleagues on paint application techniques and product usage is an advantage.Background in construction materials, paint systems, or a related technical field; prior experience in retail or wholesale building materials is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills for processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining records.High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field; additional vocational training in paints or construction materials is a plus.Commitment to safety, quality standards, and collaborative work within a diverse team environment.
