The company is committed to client satisfaction, professional growth, and maintaining a collaborative work environment.Role Description The محاسب مقاولات (Construction Accountant) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The role involves managing project-related financial records, including preparation and verification of invoices, contracts, and payment certificates. Daily tasks include tracking project costs, monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate financial documentation. The accountant will prepare periodic financial reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. The role also includes assisting in cash flow planning, handling subcontractor accounts, and maintaining organized documentation for all construction projects.Qualifications 5 years of experience in the construction field Strong knowledge of construction accounting, including project costing, budgeting, and subcontractor accounts.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to manage spreadsheets, financial reports, and data analysis.Solid understanding of financial principles, account reconciliation, and basic auditing practices.Attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and accuracy in handling invoices, contracts, and payment documentation.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and management.Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic construction environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; experience in construction or engineering companies is an advantage.Familiarity with Egyptian tax regulations and financial compliance related to construction projects is preferred.Requirements added by the job poster• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Auditing
