Senior Design Manager Sineen About the role We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Manager Design to lead the design direction and coordination of our exclusive residential and hospitality developments, ensuring every detail reflects the sophistication and excellence that define the Sineen brand. Duties and responsibilities •                Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or other luxury developments is highly desirable. •                Ability to critically assess layouts, façade options, space programs, adjacency diagrams, and overall design quality. •                Strong understanding of design development processes and consultant coordination. •                Ability to undertake detailed reviews of technical submissions and ensure consultant deliverables comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards. •                Preparation of RFP documentation and management of consultant and contractor procurement processes, including tender evaluation, commercial assessment, negotiations, and award recommendations. •                Preparation and review of project programs, assessment of program compliance, monitoring of project progress, identification of risks, and implementation of mitigation measures. •                Development and assessment of value engineering initiatives, review of consultant and contractor proposals, and management of the overall value engineering process while maintaining design intent, functionality, and quality. •                Reasonable involvement during construction, including mock-up reviews, material approvals, response to contractor queries, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of design compliance during project execution. •                Lead and manage all design activities to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules. •                Take full ownership of multidisciplinary design coordination, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. •                Develop and implement innovative design solutions, supported by clear and comprehensive documentation. •                Establish and enforce standardized design procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all project stages. •                Review and approve project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring compliance with required standards. •                Define and maintain effective communication protocols between all project stakeholders to minimize errors and close coordination gaps. •                Identify, assess, and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle. •                Ensure all design deliverables are accurate, efficient, and meet client expectations and industry benchmarks. •                Manage and coordinate internal teams and external disciplines on design and BIM-related activities. •                Plan, organize, and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project objectives. •                Drive proactive coordination with all stakeholders to deliver high-quality, consistent design and presentation outputs. Qualifications •                Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering field; Master’s degree preferred. •                Professional certifications in technical field required. •                PMP certification preferred. •                Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CADD, BIM, Revit, and other design engineering software required. Experience and Desired Skill Set •                Minimum 10-12 years of experience as a Design Manager, within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or project-based environments. •                Proven experience in managing technical documents, drawings, contracts, and project correspondence with consultants. •                Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. •                Proficient in English & Arabic desired. •                Data organization skills and attention to detail.
