The Group of Companies "Special Systems and Technologies" - one of the world's leading manufacturers of heating cables, electric heating systems, special electrical equipment and explosion-proof equipment.The Company is in the top-3 electric heating systems manufacturer in the world, is engaged in the development, design, production, supply, installation, and distribution of electric heating systems.We are looking for the Warehouse Manager to the production unit in Dubai (UAE).Requirements:∙ Secondary or higher education;∙ Warehouse experience of at least 1 year;∙ Knowledge of the norms and rules of product warehousing;∙ Knowledge of Zoho Inventory and CRM is obligatory.Responsibilities:∙ Warehouse complex management (acceptance, storage, packing, and shipment of products);∙ Unloading goods from suppliers' vehicles and loading them into customers' vehicles;∙ Placement of goods by storage locations in the warehouse;∙ Assembling orders based on Packing Lists and Invoices;∙ Creating and maintaining product specifications in Zoho Inventory;∙ Managing and updating the warehouse item list in Zoho Inventory, including removing, writing off, and recording utilized or disposed items;∙ Creating assemblies and managing assembly transactions in Zoho Inventory;∙ Downloading and maintaining relevant data from Zoho Inventory and CRM;∙ Preparing Delivery Advices and related warehouse documentation;∙ Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse.∙ Preparing monthly and annual closing stock reports and ensuring the warehouse stock records are accurate and up to date.Place of work - Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai (UAE).Official employment.Salary: 6500-7000 AEDInterested candidates can send their CV to: y.kalmykova@sstgroup-international.com
