Your mission will be to shape the technological infrastructure, build and nurture high-level relationships with potential institutional investors, and secure strategic partnerships across the MENA region. This position is ideal for a leader ready to build the future at the intersection of culture, major events, and cutting-edge technologies (AI, Web3, and Real World Assets — RWA).Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the launch and operational strategy of the WCG Hub in Riyadh, fully tailored to the dynamics of the Saudi Arabian market.Establish, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with potential institutional investors, venture funds, and key regional stakeholders.Oversee the technological component of the project, integrating advanced digital solutions (including AI analytics and ecosystem platforms) in collaboration with the tech team.Represent the project at the highest level, leading strategic negotiations with key market players and governmental institutions.Build and strengthen brand positioning as a bridge between global innovations and the cultural-technological landscape of the Middle East.Collaboration Terms (Partnership Structure)Stage 1 (Launch): The project operates on a performance-based commission model.Stage 2 (Post-Investment): Upon securing initial investments, formal integration into the core structure and transition to a fixed salary.Ongoing: Further compensation growth, expanded executive authority, and equity/stake participation as the Riyadh hub scales.Qualifications & RequirementsProven successful executive experience (C-level, Founder, Senior Partner) in technology, venture building, or strategic development.Deep professional network and a solid understanding of how to work with investors and government-backed initiatives in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, NEOM, Qiddiya) or the broader GCC region.Deep understanding of modern technologies (AI, Web3, digital assets) and experience in managing large-scale international projects.Exceptional strategic negotiation, public speaking, and cross-cultural leadership skills; fluency in English is mandatory (knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage).Shared values in globally transforming culture, sports, and innovation through advanced technologies.
