About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Risk Management and Compliance to provide technical expertise and professional support for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance activities. The role ensures alignment with applicable governmental regulations and international standards, strengthening the organization's risk maturity and governance framework.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise and support in reviewing and updating the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, documentation, and associated risk registers.Develop risk awareness and capacity-building content, and train departmental coordinators on the risk assessment process and register monitoring.Implement the operational risk assessment plan across all organizational departments.Support the assessment and analysis of risks linked to the strategic plan, including review of the establishment law, strategic objectives, budget, and governance systems.Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.Skills & CompetenciesEnterprise Risk Management and Risk AssessmentRisk Monitoring and Mitigation PlanningStrategic Risk Identification and AnalysisCompliance with Governmental and International StandardsStakeholder Engagement and Advisory SkillsBehavioral CompetenciesStrategic ThinkerEffective CollaboratorResults AchieverChange EnablerQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (required).Professional certification such as CRMP or CRISC (preferred).Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, aligned with governmental and international requirements.
