The school emphasizes strong foundations in core subjects and values-based education to equip learners with the skills needed for future academic and life achievements.Role Description The معلمة لغة عربية لرياض الاطفال (Arabic Language Teacher for Kindergarten) is a full-time, on-site role based at MLKIS in Jeddah. The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Arabic language lessons that are age-appropriate and aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, teaching Arabic reading, writing, and speaking skills, guiding students through language activities, and using play-based and interactive methods to support early childhood development. The role involves assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline in a positive manner, collaborating with colleagues and school leadership, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student learning and behavior. The teacher also participates in training, meetings, and school events to support the overall educational program.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Education, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten Arabic language instruction.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate, standards-based Arabic lessons and activities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in Arabic, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with students, colleagues, and families.Candidates should possess Training and classroom facilitation skills to implement educational programs and support continuous learning.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field are preferred.Experience working in schools following standards-based curricula and familiarity with assessment practices is beneficial.Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment and to work collaboratively in a multicultural school setting is highly valued.
