قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Section Head – Talent Development to supervise training and talent development activities and ensure alignment with relevant regulations and policies. This supervisory leadership role is responsible for building organizational capability, driving employee growth, and leading succession planning for critical roles.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide recommendations and contribute to the operational plan and budget for the supervised activity.Execute the department's operational plan, monitor expenditure, track KPIs, and review completion rates.Provide technical guidance to staff to enable them to perform their roles effectively.Participate with Human Resources in the selection and recruitment of team members.Supervise the annual performance management cycle, from goal setting to evaluation, ensuring adherence to timelines.Oversee the annual training needs analysis by gathering inputs from organizational units and competency assessments.Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs, leveraging digital and blended learning in collaboration with government enablement entities.Manage talent development activities, including training initiatives, performance management, succession programs, and individual development plans based on career pathways.Oversee succession planning by developing employees for critical roles identified by the Information Security and Business Continuity office.Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.Skills & CompetenciesTraining and Development (L&D)Performance ManagementCareer and Succession PlanningTalent ManagementLeadership and Team SupervisionBehavioral CompetenciesStrategic Thinker Results Achiever Innovation Explorer Change Enabler Talent Nurturer Customer AdvocateQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Sciences, or a related field (required).CIPD certification or equivalent (preferred).Minimum 6 years of managerial and supervisory experience in training and talent development, ensuring compliance with related regulations and policies.Fluent Arabic and advanced English language skills.
