Its expertise spans digital government platforms, AI and data, cloud and DevOps, enterprise applications, RPA, and technical outsourcing for major national entities.Role Description The أخصائي أول منتجات (Senior Product Specialist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving the development and enhancement of digital government products, from concept to launch, ensuring they align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and Starways’ strategic objectives. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing business and user requirements, defining product features and roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, design, and QA teams, and validating solutions through testing and stakeholder feedback. The Senior Product Specialist will prepare product documentation, support presentations and demos for government clients, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and strong adoption of Starways platforms.Qualifications- خبرة في إدارة المنتجات الرقمية (Product Management) ويفضل منصات كبيرة أو ذات مستخدمين كثر.- خبرة في بناء استراتيجية المنتج وخارطة الطريق (Product Strategy & Roadmap) وتحديد الأولويات ومتابعتها.- خبرة في تطوير المنتجات والخدمات والرحلات الرقمية وتحسين تجربة المستخدم.- قدرة على قيادة المنتجات من الفكرة وحتى الإطلاق ومتابعة التنفيذ مع الفرق المختلفة.- خبرة في متابعة أداء المنتجات بعد الإطلاق، وقياس القيمة المقدمة للمستخدمين وتحديد فرص التحسين وتطوير الخدمات بناءً عليها.- خبرة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع جهات متعددة.- يفضل وجود خبرة في القطاع العقاري أو الحكومي.
