Job Responsibility：1、On-site System Operations & Technical Support: Station at client sites (e.g., government agencies or enterprise clients) to handle daily operation monitoring, routine maintenance, and technical support for SenseTime AI systems/platforms.2、Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Provide immediate response and troubleshooting for system faults, performance anomalies, or sudden incidents; conduct initial triage and coordinate with back-office technical teams for rapid resolution.3、Deployment & Testing: Assist project teams with on-site hardware installation, software version upgrades, API integration debugging, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).4、Client Training & Communication: Deliver user training on system operations and maintenance to client teams, collect on-site feedback, and report regularly to the Project Manager.5、Operations Documentation: Log and maintain accurate on-site maintenance journals, fault analysis reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Requirement：1、Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related fields.2、Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT on-site support, system integration, or network/server maintenance. Prior experience with AI, surveillance, or smart city project deployments is a strong plus.3、Technical Skills:Proficient in Linux system operations and command-line interfaces; basic scripting ability in Shell or Python is preferred.4、Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall configurations, and API integrations).5、Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker / Kubernetes) or cloud platforms is advantageous.6、Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service orientation, and ability to work independently under high-pressure, client-facing environments.7、Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with functional reading and writing skills in English.
