Research Assistant – Nanomedicine, RNA Therapeutics & Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs)About the Position We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant to join our research team at Taipei Medical University (TMU). Our research focuses on nanomedicine, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), RNA therapeutics, drug delivery, and cancer therapy, with a strong emphasis on translational biomedical research.The successful candidate will participate in projects spanning nanoparticle formulation and characterization, cell-based studies, and in vivo evaluation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and characterize LNPs, nanoparticles, and other drug delivery systemsPerform cell culture, cell-based assays, and molecular biology experimentsAssist with animal experiments and sample analysisAnalyze experimental data and maintain accurate research recordsReview scientific literature and participate in research discussionsContribute to ongoing research projects, scientific publications, and international collaborationsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Materials Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related fieldStrong interest in LNPs, RNA therapeutics, nanomedicine, drug delivery, or cancer researchExperience in cell culture, molecular biology, nanoparticle preparation, or animal experiments is preferredAbility to read and understand scientific literature in EnglishResponsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learnGood communication and teamwork skillsWhat You Will GainHands-on training in nanomedicine and RNA/LNP technologiesResearch experience from formulation and characterization to in vitro and in vivo studiesOpportunities to participate in international collaborations and scientific publicationsStrong preparation for future graduate studies or careers in biotechnology and pharmaceutical R&D研究助理－奈米醫學、RNA治療與脂質奈米粒子（LNP）職務介紹 臺北醫學大學研究團隊誠徵 研究助理，參與 奈米醫學、脂質奈米粒子（LNP）、RNA治療、藥物傳遞與癌症治療 相關研究，並著重於轉譯生醫研究與實際應用。研究內容涵蓋奈米粒子製備與特性分析、細胞實驗，以及動物實驗與療效評估。工作內容製備與分析 LNP、奈米粒子及其他藥物傳遞系統執行細胞培養、細胞功能分析及分子生物學實驗協助動物實驗與樣品分析整理與分析實驗數據，並維護完整研究紀錄閱讀相關科學文獻並參與研究討論參與研究計畫、論文發表及國際合作應徵資格生物、生命科學、生醫、化學、材料、藥學、生醫工程或相關領域學士或碩士對 LNP、RNA治療、奈米醫學、藥物傳遞或癌症研究有高度興趣具細胞培養、分子生物學、奈米粒子製備或動物實驗經驗者佳具英文科學文獻閱讀能力細心、主動、負責，並願意學習新技術具良好的溝通與團隊合作能力加入團隊後可獲得奈米醫學與 RNA/LNP 技術的實作訓練從製劑設計、材料分析、體外實驗到體內研究的完整研究經驗參與國際合作與科學論文發表的機會為未來攻讀研究所，或投入生技與製藥研發建立扎實研究能力
