Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining / Upscale DiningRestaurant experience is mandatory — candidates with hotel-only experience will not be consideredStrong experience in full-service dining, with high standards of guest service and table serviceExperience managing restaurants with 30+ employeesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experienceStrong understanding of FOH & BOH operationsAbility to manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and daily operationsStrong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standardsArabic and English are requiredAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environmentStrong guest-oriented personality with high attention to service details📍 Location: Western Region, Saudi Arabia💰 Total Package: SAR 8,000 – 10,000💼 Employment Type: Full-timeImportant: We are specifically looking for a restaurant professional with strong Fine Dining / Full-Service Restaurant experience.
