As we expand our market footprint, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative specialized in selling safety materials to drive our B2B business growth.Industry: Construction / Oil & Gas / Industrial SafetyWork Location(Riyadh/Dammam/Jeddah)Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within contracting, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.Product Consultations: Educate clients on technical specifications, compliance standards, and product certifications of our safety materials (PPE, fire safety, site safety equipment).Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Safety Managers, Procurement Officers, and Project Managers.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation, product demonstrations, quotation submittals, to closing deals.Tender Processing: Assist in reviewing and participating in commercial tenders and RFQs related to bulk safety material supply.Market Intelligence: Stay updated with local safety regulations and competitor activities to recommend winning sales strategies.

Qualifications

Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical field (a background in HSE or engineering is a strong advantage). Experience: A proven track record of success (1–3 years) in sales, specifically within the safety equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), or industrial safety sectors. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, EN, or local Civil Defense regulations). Key Skills: Strong negotiation, technical presentation, and deal-closing skills; a proactive mindset and strong self-motivation.
