We’re Hiring | Branch AccountantWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Branch Accountant to join our team in Dammam and manage day-to-day branch accounting operations while maintaining strong financial controls.

Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaWorking Days: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices, and sales returns accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable, customer aging, and outstanding collections.
• Review customer Statements of Account (SOA) and maintain accurate balances.
• Process customer debit notes in accordance with Business Development Agreements (BDAs).
• Handle daily cash and cheque collections and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Verify and post customer bank transfers.
• Manage petty cash and ensure compliance with ZATCA and VAT requirements.
• Support warehouse inventory counts and coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, filing, and documentation.
• Provide required documents and reports to Head Office.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in food distribution / FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
