Job Responsibilities

Responsible for formulation screening, process optimization, and device compatibility studies of inhaled formulations (e.g., Dry Powder Inhalers [DPI], Soft Mist Inhalers [SMI]), ensuring project progression according to schedule.Responsible for R&D spanning from formulation development to process optimization, as well as preclinical and clinical stages, ensuring the smooth advancement and successful regulatory submission of new drug projects.Participate in technical research in areas such as polymorph control, process physicochemical properties, and intelligent crystallization to resolve technical challenges during formulation development.Work closely with pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetics (PK), and CRO teams to facilitate the smooth transition of new drugs from the laboratory stage to clinical research.

Job Requirements

Education & Major: Master's degree or above (Ph.D. preferred) in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields.Over 3 years of R&D experience in inhaled formulations (DPI/SMI, etc.); familiar with the R&D processes, key equipment, and characterization methods for inhaled formulations.
