Art Director at Beavers BrothersBeavers Brothers is a full-service design agency. Since 2014, we’ve been creating brands, websites, graphic design, and ongoing design support for fintech, IT, and tech companies.ResponsibilitiesBranding: client briefings, developing key creative ideas, creating moodboards, and providing art direction to brand designers.Tenders & presales: developing creative concepts for pitches and tenders and presenting them to clients.Design support: ensuring the quality and consistency of ongoing design work for major clients, including presentations, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.AI workflows: building AI-powered workflows for websites, creative production, and social media, and integrating them into the team’s day-to-day processes.Team management: leading in-house designers and managing a pool of external designers and freelancers.Project planning: contributing to project estimates and planning team capacity together with the Head of Production.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience as an Art Director or Lead Designer at a design or digital agencyA strong portfolio featuring branding projects and creative conceptsConfidence in presenting and defending creative ideas to clientsStrong hands-on experience with AI tools for design, including turning AI techniques and experiments into repeatable team workflowsExperience briefing and reviewing external designers and contractorsAbility to estimate design tasks and timelinesLocation/time zone: CET/CEST to UTC+5 (Kazakhstan), with sufficient overlap with European working hours
