𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 – 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗦We’re looking for experienced Freelance Event Producers with strong hands-on experience in pavilions, conferences, summits, and high-profile gala dinners to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of the assigned event scope, working closely with the Event Lead and wider project team
• Manage conference and summit production, including speaker coordination, speaker requirements, presentations, rehearsals, session schedules, and show flow
• Manage gala dinner planning and execution, including program flow, entertainment, technical production, venue coordination, suppliers, rehearsals, and on-site delivery
• Coordinate pavilion activities and operational requirements, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution
• Manage requirements for events involving VVIP guests, ensuring a high standard of coordination, protocol, and attention to detail
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, technical teams, speakers, performers, and other stakeholders
• Develop and manage production schedules, show flows, rehearsals, and event timelines
• Coordinate technical requirements, including AV, staging, lighting, sound, and event setup
• Ensure smooth execution on event day and resolve production and operational challenges on-site

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Producer in the UAE events industry
• Strong hands-on experience in pavilions, conferences, summits, and/or gala dinners
• Experience independently managing an assigned event scope from planning through on-site execution
• Experience working on high-profile events involving VVIP guests
• Strong understanding of event production, technical requirements, show flow, and on-site operations
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
