‏Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Open Positions: 3 Employment Type: Full-time, Direct HireJob DescriptionAlBusaili ElectroMechanical Works Co. is seeking Site Supervisors to oversee daily site activities, coordinate work teams, and ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality and safety requirements. The role reports to the Project Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and assign tasks to work teams.Monitor work progress against project plans and schedules.Identify site requirements for manpower, materials, and equipment.Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.Prepare daily reports covering completed work, outstanding tasks, and site issues.Coordinate with the Project Manager, technicians, and subcontractors.Resolve site issues and escalate matters when required.Follow up on operation and maintenance activities and ensure outstanding work is completed.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in site supervision is mandatory.Good command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.An educational qualification suitable for the role.Ability to lead teams, organize daily activities, and prioritize tasks.Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Available to work on-site in Riyadh and join immediately.Experience in operation and maintenance projects is preferred.Only candidates who meet both the experience and English language requirements will be considered.
