𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 – 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist who can join immediately and support our team with end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.We need someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and able to manage the entire recruitment process - from understanding the hiring requirements and identifying the right talent to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify the right candidate profiles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple vacancies
• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
• Support offer management, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
• Maintain a structured, accurate, and well-organized recruitment process
• Manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, screening, and interviewing skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of the UAE talent market
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
