WE ARE HIRING - GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS (TECHNICAL) We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced General Manager Operations - Technical to lead our construction division and drive projects with innovation, AI integration, and operational excellence. ABOUT THE ROLE:You will be responsible for end-to-end management of construction operations, from project planning to successful delivery, ensuring quality, safety, timelines and cost efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - CONSTRUCTION FOCUS:1. Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and manage engineering, site, and project teams.Strong decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management:Liaison with consultants, architects, clients, and vendors.Material procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.3. Project Planning & Execution:Lead overall construction framework, planning, scheduling, and execution of high-rise / commercial / residential projects.Review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical proposals.Ensure projects are completed as per approved timeline and budget.4. Site Operations & Quality Control:Supervise all site activities, contractors, and sub-contractors.Enforce strict quality control, safety standards (HSE), and compliance.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.5.
