Employment Type: Full-Time / As per Appointment Weekend Work: MandatoryPURPOSE OF THE POSITION โ๏ธ The Academic Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality, student-centered English language education while ensuring measurable development in students' language skills, examination readiness, confidence, and overall learning experience. โ๏ธThe Lecturer is responsible not only for completing the syllabus but also for ensuring that students understand, practice, apply, and progressively improve their English language skills. โ๏ธThe position requires strong lesson preparation, professional classroom delivery, student engagement, assessment, academic documentation, parent communication, teamwork, continuous professional development, and full compliance with CCBE academic standards.๐Academic Qualifications โ๏ธbachelorโs degree in the relevant subject/field from a recognized university. โ๏ธProfessional qualifications relevant to the subject area (English) will be considered an advantage โ๏ธGood communication and presentation skills.๐ผ Experience โ๏ธMinimum 2โ4 years of relevant teaching/lecturing experience in a recognized higher education or professional education institute. โ๏ธExperience in curriculum delivery, assessment, examination preparation, and student mentoring. โ๏ธPrevious experience in conducting online and physical lectures will be an added advantage.๐ Ready to Make an Impact in Education?
