Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Operations & Maintenance projects in Riyadh.The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, managing teams across multiple sites, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered according to schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.Manage project teams and monitor work across multiple sites.Arrange required manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with the approved budget.Communicate with clients and prioritize their requirements.Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, management, and execution teams.Prepare project progress and performance reports.Resolve operational issues, delays, and conflicts.Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.Valid PMP certification is required.Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team management skills.Good communication skills in Arabic and English.Must be available to join immediately.
