Job Opportunity at Establish | Residential Unit Quality Control OfficerEstablish Hospitality is looking for a detail-oriented and highly attentive Residential Unit Quality Control Officer to ensure the quality and readiness of our units, helping us deliver an exceptional stay experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular on-site inspections to ensure units are fully ready for guests.Verify cleanliness standards across furniture, linens, kitchens, and bathrooms.Inspect furniture, appliances, air conditioning, lighting, and locks, and identify any maintenance requirements.Ensure all Establish brand elements are present and in good condition, including signage, informational materials, and approved guest amenities.Verify that each unit is fully equipped and complies with the approved checklist.Document observations with photos and prepare clear reports with prioritized action items.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, follow up on corrective actions, and verify that all issues have been resolved.Review guest complaints related to unit quality and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.Ensure essential equipment and facilities meet safety standards and immediately report any issues that may affect guest safety.Prepare periodic reports outlining quality levels, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.RequirementsStrong attention to detail and observation skills.Ability to work in the field and travel between units.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in using digital inspection forms and preparing reports.Previous experience in quality control, serviced apartment operations, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
