• تنفيذ ومتابعة إجراءات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات الواردة والصادرة.
• التعامل مع منصة فسح وإنهاء الإجراءات الجمركية.
• متابعة الحاويات والشحنات مع الجمارك والموانئ وشركات الشحن.
• مراجعة المستندات والفواتير وقوائم التعبئة وشهادات المنشأ.
• متابعة عمليات الفسح والإفراج عن الحاويات والشحنات.
• متابعة متطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك والجهات ذات العلاقة.
• التعامل مع متطلبات سابر حسب نوع الشحنة.
• معالجة الملاحظات والمعوقات حتى إتمام عملية التخليص.المتطلبات:
• خبرة سابقة في مجال التخليص الجمركي داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
• خبرة جيدة في ميناء جدة الإسلامي.
• إجادة التعامل مع منصة فسح.
• معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الاستيراد والتصدير والتخليص الجمركي.
• مهارات قوية في المتابعة والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على متابعة عدة شحنات في نفس الوقت.📍 مكان العمل: جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية🏢 الشركة: مسارات الميناء للتخليص الجمركي__________________________________________________________📢 We Are Hiring | Customs Clearance Specialist – JeddahMasarat Almina Customs Clearance Company is looking for a Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
• Process and follow up shipments through the Fasah platform.
• Coordinate with customs, ports, shipping companies and transport providers.
• Review invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs documents.
• Follow up on container clearance and shipment release procedures.
• Handle requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and relevant authorities.
• Follow up on SABER requirements according to shipment type.
• Resolve customs issues and ensure shipments are cleared on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customs clearance in Saudi Arabia.
• Good experience dealing with Jeddah Islamic Port.
• Proficiency in using the Fasah platform.
• Good knowledge of import, export and customs clearance procedures.
• Strong follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
