The company continues to grow its portfolio, including well-known tea brands, while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, growth, and long-term partnerships.Role Description The بياع اصباغ مباني وفني خلط الوان (Building Paint Salesperson and Color Mixing Technician) is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh. The role involves advising customers on suitable building paints and coatings, explaining product features, and helping them select colors and finishes that meet their project requirements. The team member will operate color mixing machines, prepare custom color formulas, and ensure accurate tinting and consistent quality for each order. Daily tasks include organizing and displaying paint products, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse and procurement teams, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role also requires documenting sales, issuing invoices, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications Experience in retail or wholesale sales of building materials or paints, with strong customer service and negotiation skills.Practical knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and application methods, especially for construction and building projects.Ability to operate color mixing machines, follow color formulas, and ensure accurate and consistent tinting.Basic math and measurement skills to calculate quantities, mix ratios, and coverage requirements.Effective communication skills in Arabic; English language skills are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Shuwaikh, standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical tasks such as lifting paint containers.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment.Previous experience in a paint shop, hardware store, or construction materials company is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training related to paints or construction materials is an added advantage.
