We’re Hiring: HSE Officer | (Site-Based)What you’ll doImplement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices at the exploration site and campConduct site inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSA) for field activities, including trenching, drilling, and samplingDeliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees and contractorsInvestigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actionsManage permit-to-work, PPE compliance, and emergency response readiness, including first aid and evacuation plansMonitor vehicle and journey management for remote desert operationsEnsure compliance with Saudi regulations, including the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and environmental standardsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain HSE records and statisticsWhat we’re looking for.Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of HSE experience, preferably in mining, exploration, oil and gas, or constructionRecognized HSE certification such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSHExperience working in remote sites and camp environmentsValid first aid certificationValid Saudi driving licenseGood command of English, both written and spokenWillingness to work on a rotation schedule at the site
