About the jobRole Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role at ORG LUXURY is based in Eqaila. The Sales Specialist will welcome and engage clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations that reflect the brand’s luxury standards. Responsibilities include handling the full sales cycle, from product presentation and upselling to closing sales and processing transactions accurately. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are aligned with brand guidelines, and keeping the sales area organized. The Sales Specialist will respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, support after-sales service, and participate in product and sales training sessions to stay current on collections, features, and sales techniques. Collaboration with the store team to meet sales targets, report market feedback, and support promotional events is also part of the daily activities.Qualifications Strong Communication skills for engaging clients, explaining product features, and collaborating effectively with team members.Proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a premium in-store experience.Demonstrated Sales experience, with the ability to drive revenue, meet targets, and apply upselling and cross-selling techniques.Background in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.Experience or interest in Sales Management, including contributing to sales planning, reporting results, and supporting team objectives.Prior retail or luxury goods experience is highly beneficial, especially in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling cash, inventory, and store operations.Comfort working on-site in Eqaila, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods as needed.
