This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic contribution, acting as a senior individual contributor within the quality engineering function. The role is accountable for designing, implementing, and evolving performance testing approaches, frameworks, tooling, and governance practices that support high-quality software delivery.The Senior Performance Engineer you will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Delivery teams to identify performance risks early, embed nonfunctional testing within CI/CD pipelines, and provide meaningful insight into system behavior and scalability. The role requires strong analytical capability, independent problem solving, and the ability to influence engineering practices through collaboration, technical leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Professional certifications in Performance Testing, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering would be an added advantage.Professional Experience ☑️ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering. ☑️Proven experience in designing, executing, and analysing performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests. ☑️Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6. ☑️Experience in performance engineering practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). ☑️Practical experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. ☑️Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic. ☑️Strong understanding of non-functional testing, system scalability, reliability, resilience, and capacity planning.If this opportunity matches your profile, we’d love to hear from you.
