Job PurposeLead project management and organizational performance activities, ensuring effective project delivery, performance monitoring, and alignment with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project and performance management frameworks, policies, procedures, and tools.Manage strategic and operational projects in line with organizational priorities.Track project progress against objectives, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.Identify project risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.Coordinate with technical, financial, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.Monitor project contracts, procurement activities, and supporting documentation.Review project charters and ensure compliance with approved standards and guidelines.Monitor operational plans and assess change requests to maintain strategic alignment.Track organizational performance using Balanced Scorecards and other performance management tools.Monitor strategic, operational, corporate, and sustainability KPIs against approved targets.Prepare performance reports and analyze results to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Recommend corrective actions to address performance risks and challenges.Enhance project and performance reporting, tracking, and dashboards in coordination with relevant teams.Promote awareness of project and performance management practices through workshops and forums.Manage the section’s operational plan, budget, KPIs, and deliverables.Guide team members, allocate responsibilities, and support employee development.Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.Core CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingDecision-MakingCollaborationTalent DevelopmentResults OrientationCustomer FocusChange EnablementInnovationTechnical ExpertiseProject ManagementOrganizational Performance ManagementStrategic and Operational KPIsCorporate Policies and ProcessesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Project Management, or equivalent.PreferredMaster’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.Balanced Scorecard Professional, Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP), or equivalent professional certification.ExperienceMinimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree .Managerial or supervisory experience in project management and organizational performance management.LanguagesProfessional fluency in Arabic.Advanced proficiency in English.
