CNC Department Lead

3rd ShiftResponsibilitiesWork with machining staff to improve production quality and efficiencyOversee CNC setup, tooling, fixturing, gaging, programming, and machine operationRead and interpret part drawings and GD&T requirementsTrain CNC operators on proper processes and techniquesSupervise CNC production employees during daily operationsMaintain production records, quality paperwork, and tool inventoryQualificationsA high school diploma or GED is requiredA two‑year engineering‑related degree is preferredAt least three years of experience working with CNC machines and mechanical toolsStrong hands-on CNC programming, and setup experience is critical, particularly with Fanuc controls, G-code, and M-code programming,Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers and lathesExperience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam is preferredForklift operation experience is helpfulSalary: $35/hr.Ask for: Aarti ManchandaClearbridge Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
