CNC Laser Engineer

About the RoleCryptoMiners is looking for a highly skilled CNC Laser Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, optimizing, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines used in the production of our hydro cooling systems, mining cabinets, enclosures, and other precision-engineered metal products.This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, operate, and set up CNC laser cutting machines for various production requirements.Prepare and optimize cutting programs to maximize material utilization and minimize waste.Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and technical specifications.Perform machine calibration, setup, and testing before production.Troubleshoot machine issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.Conduct preventive and routine maintenance of CNC laser equipment.Upgrade and optimize machine performance to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.Monitor production quality and ensure all manufactured parts meet engineering specifications.Collaborate with the design and production teams to improve manufacturability and reduce production costs.Ensure proper tooling, material handling, and machine safety procedures are followed.Maintain production records, machine logs, and maintenance documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies or manufacturing processes.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating and programming CNC laser cutting machines.Strong knowledge of CNC programming and nesting software.Experience with sheet metal fabrication and precision manufacturing.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs.Knowledge of machine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.Experience with production planning and process optimization.Strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Preferred QualificationsExperience with fiber laser cutting machines.Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.Experience in manufacturing cabinets, enclosures, cooling systems, or industrial equipment.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work on innovative manufacturing projects in the crypto mining and data center industry.Career growth and professional development.Modern manufacturing environment with advanced equipment.Supportive and collaborative team culture.If you have the technical expertise to optimize CNC laser manufacturing processes and are passionate about engineering excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
