CNC Machinist

Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.5+ years of CNC machining experience in a high-technology manufacturing environment.Ability to set up and operate at least five different types of CNC machines.Strong experience with precision machining and complex setups.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.Working knowledge of advanced shop mathematics, including trigonometry.Experience troubleshooting machining and process issues.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to quality, precision, and safety.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience mentoring or training junior team members is preferred.Lean/continuous improvement experience is a plus.
