Our team takes pride in producing high precision components in a collaborative, professional environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, highly experienced CNC Machinist to step into a Setter/Operator/Leading Hand role. This is a hands on leadership position ideal for someone who can lead by example, support junior team members, and maintain high standards on the shop floor.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes and mills (Okuma machines)Edit and troubleshoot programs on Okuma controls (P200 and newer)Lead and support a team of machinists and operatorsEnsure parts meet quality and surface finish requirementsOptimize machining processes for efficiency and consistencyTrain and mentor less experienced staffMaintain a safe and organized work environmentRequirementsExtensive experience with Okuma lathes and millsStrong proficiency with Okuma P200 (and newer) controlsProven ability to set up complex jobs independentlyLeadership or supervisory experience in a machining environmentStrong communication skills and team oriented mindsetSolid understanding of GD&T and quality standardsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical benefits after qualifying periodStable, long term opportunity in a growing companySupportive, team focused environmentOpportunity to make a real impact in a small organizationPay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
