The organization focuses on technical excellence, safety, and durability to support transport and logistics businesses across the region.Role Description The CNC Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts and components for trailers, tanks, and steel structures according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, loading and unloading workpieces, adjusting machine settings, and performing basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role involves inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, documenting production activities, and collaborating with supervisors and fabrication teams to meet production targets. The CNC Operator is expected to follow safety standards and company procedures while contributing to continuous improvement in the machining process.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including CNC setup, parameter adjustment, and safe handling of equipment.Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills for working with metal components, interpreting drawings, and achieving required tolerances.Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspection of parts, use of measuring tools, and adherence to technical specifications.Candidates should possess practical experience with industrial Machinery, including routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and reporting maintenance needs.Relevant technical diploma or vocational certification in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar metal fabrication environment, ideally within vehicle body or heavy equipment manufacturing.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail, commitment to workplace safety, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
