Candidates joining CTF can expect to work in a modern, technology-driven manufacturing environment focused on quality and innovation.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a CNC Router Machine Operator and Programmer. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC router machines to manufacture technical furniture components according to engineering drawings and production schedules. Daily tasks include loading and securing materials, selecting appropriate tools, entering or adjusting CNC programs, and monitoring machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality. The operator will inspect finished parts, perform basic machine maintenance, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize cutting paths and production efficiency. The role also includes maintaining a safe, organized work area and following all company safety and quality procedures.Qualifications Strong skills in CNC router operation and programming, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and CNC codes.Experience with CAD/CAM software for toolpath generation and design adjustments related to furniture or wood/metal fabrication.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials (e.g., wood, composites, metals), and machining techniques.Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges) for quality checks and dimensional verification.Knowledge of safety standards in a workshop or factory environment and adherence to safe working practices.Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or technical furniture production is highly beneficial.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, engineering, and design teams.Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in CNC machining, woodworking, or mechanical engineering is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to project-based schedules when needed.
