This position offers the opportunity to lead a team while remaining hands-on with complex machining processes.Why join us?Day shift schedule for better work-life balanceCompetitive hourly pay (target range based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with matchPerformance incentives and long-term growth potentialStable, clean manufacturing environment working on advanced, high-spec partsJob DetailsWhat You’ll Do:Lead and support a team of approximately 10–15 machinists on the production floorPerform machine setups and assist with troubleshooting to maintain workflow efficiencyInterpret technical drawings, specifications, and process requirements to guide productionEnsure all parts meet strict dimensional requirements using precision measurement toolsPromote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvementMonitor production performance and help drive process consistency and outputWhat We’re Looking For:Several years of CNC machining experience, including setup responsibilitiesPrior experience mentoring, training, or leading shop personnelComfortable working with tight tolerances and highly detailed componentsAbility to read blueprints and apply geometric tolerancing conceptsStrong understanding of inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanshipInterested in hearing more?
