Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the JobSenga Engineering, Inc. is a precision CNC machining company located in Santa Ana, California, specializing in complex, high-quality precision components for demanding industries.We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss & Multi-Task Supervisor to lead our Swiss and Multi-Task/Mill-Turn machining operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership position for an experienced CNC professional with strong programming, setup, troubleshooting, and machining skills.The Supervisor will oversee daily production, assign work, support complex setups and programming, train and mentor machinists, troubleshoot machining issues, and work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Management to improve productivity, quality, and machine utilization.This is a full-time, on-site, 1st shift position located in Santa Ana, CA.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and mentor CNC machinists and setup operators.Coordinate daily production, machine assignments, setups, and workflow.Provide hands-on support with CNC programming, complex setups, prove-outs, and troubleshooting.Develop, review, and optimize G-code and CAM programs for complex precision components.Troubleshoot programming, tooling, fixturing, dimensional, and production issues.Optimize machining processes, tooling, feeds/speeds, cycle times, quality, and repeatability.Work with Quality, Engineering, and Management to reduce scrap, improve throughput, and support continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with drawings, work instructions, quality requirements, safety procedures, and documentation standards.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of CNC machining experience with hands-on programming, setup, and troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with Swiss and/or Multi-Task/Mill-Turn equipment, such as Tsugami, DMG MORI NTX, Okuma Multus, DN Solutions Puma SMX, or similar machines.Strong G-code programming skills, including the ability to program from scratch.Experience with 5-axis machining, Mill-Turn, CNC turning, and complex precision components.Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or training CNC machinists.Advanced ESPRIT CAM programming experience.Hands-on experience with both Swiss and Multi-Task/Mill-Turn machining.Strong knowledge of tooling, workholding, feeds/speeds, and process optimization.Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or other high-precision manufacturing environments.Knowledge of AS9100 and ITAR requirements.Experience with JobBOSS, HighQA, or similar manufacturing and quality systems.Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $45–$60 per hour, DOECompensation will be based on relevant CNC programming, machining, leadership experience, and demonstrated technical capabilities.Full-time employees are eligible for company benefits, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offOther company benefitsEqual Opportunity EmployerSenga Engineering, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
