Job title: CNC/ Tsugami Swiss Turn machinist
Location: Jacksonville, FLJob Type - FulltimeRequired:5-10 years of experience setting up and operating Tsugami Swiss Turn lathes.Strong working knowledge of Fanuc CNC controls, including program navigation, offsets, tool compensation, alarms, and troubleshooting.Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming, with the ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and perform minor program edits at the machine.Experience performing complete machine setups and production changeovers.Experience machining precision components to tight tolerances.Ability to troubleshoot machining and production problems independently.Experience improving cycle times, optimizing tooling, and maintaining consistent quality standards.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
